Black Walnut Café is a chain of restaurants that was founded in the early 1990s. The brand had a strong following based on the quality of the food but had a confusing customer experience that had led to languishing sales. We were challenged with completely re-creating the brand and delivering a new and improved customer experience.
53-year-old forms printing company lost its bearings when the market for printed forms deteriorated due to the digital transformation of information gathering, production and storage. Although the company had a strong, growing digital presence, it was not enough to overcome the constant erosion of margin and volume from the demise of the larger analog printing business. Try as they did, they were not able to grow digital fast enough to offset the erosive effects of the analog business.
20/20 Companies is a national outsourced sales provider headquartered in Dallas, Texas, whose clients include some of the biggest retailers in the U.S. They have a unique business model in that they have 2 very different targets: the companies that they want to offer their sales expertise to and the recruits they want to hire as part of their team. The challenge was to create compelling marketing that appealed to both of these targets while presenting the key benefits of the company.
